It’s epic to experiment. Try things well outside the boundaries of the normal to see what works, what inspires you, and what kinda sucks. That’s why we love STAB’s Electric Acid Surfboard Test. You really don’t know what you’re gunna get, but the results are always interesting and entertaining.
But, what happens when Mick Fanning is part of the tests and he asks us to send some tail pads to suit. Suit what? The mystery is part of the point. Even crazier, the boards for this test were all created by 2 shapers in the one design - a bag of what if all in itself.
So, we sent Mick EVERYTHING. Here’s what Creature’s Brand & Product Director Beau Campi had to say about it.
